Privacy Statement

This interview is confidential. It is intended to help the organizer understand the subject of this interview and make better decisions about that specific work. Your responses are not intended for public distribution.

Confidentiality and purpose

The organizer asked for your perspective because it matters to the project being discussed. Your answers may be used to understand needs, identify risks and opportunities, clarify requirements, and prepare project decisions or follow-up questions. They are not collected to create a public profile, sell your information, or support unrelated marketing.

The organizer may combine themes from several interviews in internal project materials. This interview does not grant permission to publish your words, attribute a statement to you publicly, or distribute your transcript outside the project team.

What the interview collects

The interview record may include the email address associated with your invitation, your written answers, text created from voice input, questions you skip, interview progress and timestamps, and whether you request a transcript. The service may also keep basic technical logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the website.

Voice input is converted to text for your answer. This app does not retain voice recordings.

How responses are used

Your responses may be reviewed alongside the interview brief and other responses about the same project. Automated interview tools may use the text to choose a relevant follow-up question, recognize which planned topics have been covered, and organize an internal summary. The organizer may then use the transcript, themes, and summary to guide the project discussed in the interview.

Internal topic coverage, analytics, working notes, and draft reports are tools for the organizer. They are not displayed to other respondents or published by the interview page.

Who can access the interview

Routine access to interview content is limited to the interview organizer and the respondent. The interview is not listed publicly and other respondents cannot browse it. An authorized service operator may have technical access when necessary to maintain, secure, troubleshoot, or recover the service.

Your signed interview link acts as a private access link. Anyone who receives that link may be able to open it while it remains active, so please do not forward it. Tell the organizer if you believe the link has been shared or accessed by someone else so it can be revoked.

Transcripts

The organizer can review the interview transcript as part of the project record. If you request a transcript at the end of the interview, the system will prepare a copy for the email address associated with your invitation. Delivery depends on the organizer's email configuration, so contact the organizer if it does not arrive.

Retention, corrections, and deletion

This version does not use an automatic deletion schedule. Interview records remain available to the organizer unless they are removed as part of the project's recordkeeping. Operational backups may retain a copy until those backups are replaced in the normal course of operating the service.

There is no self-service correction or deletion control on this page. Contact the organizer if you want to correct an answer, ask that an answer not be used, or request deletion. The organizer will review the request and explain what can be changed or removed from the active project record.

Security and practical limits

The service uses HTTPS, signed private links, expiration, and organizer controls intended to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can promise absolute security. Protect your interview link and avoid including information that is not necessary for the project.

Your choices

You may skip any question, stop by closing the page, and return while your link remains active. Closing the page does not remove answers already submitted. At the end, you may request a transcript for your records.

For a privacy question, correction, deletion request, or transcript issue, contact the person who sent you this interview invitation. Replying to the invitation is usually the most direct way to reach the right organizer.
